WE DO OUR BEST TO PACKAGE OUR PRODUCTS SO THAT THEY STAY FRESH AND COLD UPON ARRIVAL BUT LIMITATIONS WITH GROUND SHIPPING TO CENTRAL AND WESTERN AREA'S OF THE UNITED STATES MAY COMPROMISE THIS. WE DO SUGGEST IF YOU ARE IN THESE STATES THAT YOU CHOOSE ANOTHER SHIPPING OPTION OTHER THAN UPS GROUND (SUGGESTED IS 2 OR 3 DAY SHIPPING).


Natural Harvest guarantees that all of our gourmet products are fresh. If you are unsatisfied with any item, we will refund or replace it without hassle.
We simply ask that you contact us within 5 business days of having received your order.

For all website orders, Natural Harvest carefully packages our pickles in a special shipping container that you see on our "Home Page" to maintain freshness and designed specially for proper handling and delivery. However our retail pickle container is a 32oz regular quart container with a snap on lid.
